Cancellation of Services

Cancellation Before Activation: Customers may cancel their order for any digital service prior to activation or download. Please contact our support team at support@techiegeex.in within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations requested after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription-Based Services: For ongoing subscription services, customers are required to cancel at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the next period. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where the digital product is defective or not as described, please contact our support team within 48 hours of discovering the issue. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange, depending on the situation and at the discretion of our support team.
